Impec fruit and vegetable disinfectant has been specially designed to kill all pathogenic germs that contaminate fresh produce. These can come from the fields and open-air markets where they are offered for sale. The bactericide contained in the product is effective in killing 99.9% of the bacteria that infect fruit and vegetables as they pass from hand to hand on market stalls, as well as insects, moulds, etc. It also acts on dirt and mould. It also acts on residual dirt and dust that accumulate on fresh produce. This disinfectant guarantees cleanliness and food hygiene, and is the ideal product to protect against all kinds of illnesses transmitted by the ingestion of microbes contained in food. Instructions for use
Wash fruits and vegetables in clear water, rubbing the skin well. Drain and set aside. Dilute approx. 100 ml in 2.5 liters of water in a container and immerse washed fruit and vegetables. Leave to soak for a few minutes, then rinse thoroughly one last time with clean water. Allow fruit and vegetables to dry before peeling or cutting.
