KITS SCOLAIRE MADAGASCAR

« Making everyday life easier for everyone”. This is the watchword of SOMAPRO’s senior management, whose charity work have become commonplace throughout the year. The company’s various charity activities are aimed at helping and sharing, both within the team and with the public.

This Thursday, 1st of September, 2022, was marked by the second round of kit distribution, intended for all the children of the employees of SOMAPRO, a Malagasy company specialized in the manufacture and distribution of maintenance, cleaning, well-being and hygiene products. The head office is based in Antananarivo.

« SERVING MEN»

« Built by Men, for Men, and serving Men”. SOMAPRO is above all a wonderful human adventure.  It has been running for 5 years now. The company’s primary goal is to improve the daily lives of the Malagasy people by offering them top-quality products at a reduced price.

Today, if SOMAPRO is considered to be the leading market in cleaning and hygiene products in Madagascar, SOMAPRO owes it all to the people who work so hard every day. In return, the company’s management is committed to supporting their employees: “Ny fitia mifamaly no mahatsara fihavanana»(Returning the favour keeps people in good terms.)

The year, 2022, with the current high inflation, is particularly difficult for the population as a whole. The preparation for the new school year gets more and more financially burdensome for parents, and has significantly increased the risk of dropping out of school.

Therefore, SOMAPRO decided to help the parents. A complete school kit, including a backpack and pencil case in the colors of IMPEC, hygiene products, as well as notebooks, notebook protectors, colored pencils, pens and various other school items, was given to each child.

Over a hundred children benefited from the school kits, valued at 120,000 Ariary per kit. The prize-giving ceremony took place at SOMAPRO’s head office on Thursday, September 1, in the presence of the company’s general management.
