PARTNERSHIP BETWEEN IMPEC AND CHUJRB (UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL) FOR GLOBAL HAND HYGIENE DAY: AN EXAMPLE OF COLLABORATION FOR PUBLIC HEALTH.
Hand hygiene is a key in preventing disease. Regular, effective hand washing can help reduce the proliferation of many infections.
Against this backdrop, IMPEC, Madagascar’s leading brand of hygiene and cleaning products, decided to make a commitment to better hand hygiene in collaboration with the Joseph Raseta Befelatanana University Hospital (CHUJRB) on the occasion of Global Handwashing Day.
“CHUJRB” is a leading healthcare institution in Madagascar, dedicated to research, training and the provision of quality healthcare. The collaboration between IMPEC and “CHUJRB” is an excellent example of partnership to promote public health.
As part of this initiative, IMPEC provided hand hygiene products to raise awareness of the importance of hand washing and encourage the adoption of healthy hygiene practices. Products supplied include hand sanitizing gels and hydroalcoholic liquid solutions. IMPEC and “CHUJRB” joined forces to raise awareness of the importance of hand hygiene and encourage a healthy hygiene practices.
