On March 12, 2023, SOMAPRO starts its charity work with a donation to the “firaisankinan’Ivato” association. The goal of this association is to rally the inhabitants of the rural commune of Ivato to help the needy. SOMAPRO didn’t hesitate to answer the call, as the company were based in Mandrosoa Ivato before.
FIRAISANKINAN’IVATO
The firaisakinan’Ivato association came into being in 2020 and aims to rally the people of Ivato into an association that would enable them to help the most disadvantaged. In addition to providing aid through donations, the association also takes charge of disaster relief: illness, floods, fire, etc.…
To date, the association has 150 members, spread across the 13 fokontany in the commune of Ivato. Most of these members are former recipients of the charity work. With just over fifteen charity work, the association is growing day by day to make the world a better place for the community.
