WOMEN’S DAY: SOMAPRO JOINS THE MOTHER AND CHILD ASSOCIATION
On this International Women’s Day, on March 8, 2022, SOMAPRO brings its support to the Mother and Child Association in the Rural Commune of Andranonahoatra Itaosy.
The topic is “Vehivavy salama sy milofo amin’ny fanatsaràna ny ho aviny” (healthy women taking charge of their future)
SOMAPRO CONTRIBUTES TO SPECIAL DAY FOR WOMEN
Mother and child association marks the Women’s day by organizing numerous activities. SOMAPRO contributes by donating 1,250,000 Ariary cash to the association as part of commitment to education and child protection.
As a company working in the field of hygiene and cleanliness, SOMAPRO also donates the following products:
- 300 ml hydroalcoholic gel;
- Impec sponges;
- SOMAPRO GM and PM calendars;
- Easel calendars. Overall, 150 women benefit from these donations.
A LIVELY CELEBRATION
In addition to the donations, participants in the event organized by the mother and child association also enjoyed a variety of activities for the occasion such as:

- Screenings for pathologies such as diabetes, cervical cancer, breast cancer and blood pressure;
